How accurate is the qibla?

Within ±1° when your device's magnetometer is calibrated. Essiraj applies magnetic-declination correction using your GPS location and the World Magnetic Model.

Does it work offline?

Yes — after the first GPS fix, the qibla compass works fully offline, using your last known location.
