Can I listen offline?

Yes. Each reciter can be downloaded surah-by-surah or as a full Qur'an pack, then played back with no internet connection.

Yes. Any ayah, range of ayahs, or full surah can be repeated 3×, 5×, 10× or infinitely, at any speed from 0.5× to 2×.
